Sizing is way off, I typically wear a large in pants / hoodie. BOXRAW's Large fits like a standard medium... Returns / Exchanges are brutal, they don't reply to emails, their customer service takes forever to do anything...
They finally refunded my order to "black card" credits, which I cant use to apply to shipping (even though I have more than enough) I've tried reaching out to get help with placing my new order and they wont reply, it's going on 2 weeks with 4 unanswered emails...
Awful service.
