I ordered 3 items (Sunday). The next day (Monday) got an email saying one of them was out of stock. I replied immediately asking for another size.
No response the next day (Tuesday) so I emailed again. Finally got a response the following day (Wednesday) saying the new size I requested was out of stock, so I asked for refund on that item.
I then got a response on Sunday saying they'll refund me for that item, but now another item in my order is out of stock.
Why does it take an entire week to get one item sorted out and why were my other items not available. Once I ordered it, the 2 other items should have been set aside for me at the very least.
I'm extremely frustrated and annoyed.
