I purchased 2 of the Valdes shorts. I was a bit dissapointed to find that the branding on the shorts peeled off after a couple of wears. The shorts are intact, however the method used to add the text and logo on the shorts should be thought about I think. Trying to add some constructive feedback. When things like this happen it makes me rethink purchasing anything in the future from the brand. Cheers. Cheers.

Dear Boxraw! Every product was look good and amazing, but it is really expensive! I would like to order more product, but I’m little bit scare about your delivery service…. I have order at January 1 and 10 workdays normally and think it’s over and didn’t received yet…. I hope in the future can escalate this situation and get better delivery and discount also.

I placed a large order on Black Friday and the order was confirmed. Two minutes later I get an email that the order was cancelled on BoxRaw's end because the order was marked as "fraudulent." Emailed customer service and received a response that BoxRaw has nothing to do with it, it is their internet security team (makes no sense). Went back in to re-place the order and my item was already out of stock.

Far too expensive now, all products are extremely over priced. Whilst I still like the brand buying at will is no longer an option, I wait for the sales.

As a customer, I purchased the black Pep Shorts from the Creed collection of Boxraw's website, expecting them to display the Creed logo as shown in accompanying photos. However, upon receiving the product, I was disappointed to find that the logos were missing, which was a significant factor in my decision to buy them. I believe that it is reasonable to assume that items from the Creed collection would be branded with the Creed logo, and a clear disclaimer should be included in the product description to avoid confusion for customers. Despite this issue, I appreciate the quality of the product and timely delivery, but I suggest that Boxraw considers including a disclaimer in their product description to prevent any future confusion. I rated Boxraw two out of five due to their misleading marketing, and it resulted in a disappointing experience and a lack of trust in the brand.

I originally ordered the tracsuit because a friend had ordered one and was satisfied with the quality. Unfortunately, my own experience was not as straightforward. After placing the order, I was sent a message that the product I ordered was out of stock, even though the website said otherwise. We went through the refund process for a week until finally a solution was found which I had to settle for lack of a better one. The answers always took a long time and when they did come they were not pleasant. The customer service representatives were nice, but not helpful at all, and I had to take the matter forward myself. I am saddened by the bad customer service, because I would have liked to order more boxraw products in the future. In the end, I received a product costing €85 as compensation, for the product I paid €105 for which ran out of sizes. I'm not happy with the solution, but it was the best of the bad options..

Overall looks good but bro I'm 6foot3 and a lil over 300lbs in good shape I play foot ball. I order a 3xl both the jacket and pants are no a 3xl size at all and this stuff took 2 week to get to me. I would hate to see how long it would take to get a refund

I want to start by saying although I’ve scored low, I do love this brand. The quality is good and the styles are great. But I have to say, if something goes wrong it is like pulling teeth with how long the wait is for it to be resolved. I’ve had to return two items due to a sizing issue and one for a damaged item, these things happen and it’s no problem, but having to wait nearly a month for it to be rectified just isn’t good enough.. I recently sent an item back, and at the same time I returned trainers to Nike, I have had my replacement already delivered by Nike yet I haven’t even had an email to say that BoxRaw have received my damaged item back to there warehouse. These were both returned at exactly the same time with exactly the same postage.. it’s such a shame that everything which is good about BoxRaw (and there is a lot) isn’t backed up with the standard of customer service you would expect when it is most needed.

Almost 3 weeks for products to arrive, i'd expect quicker shipping for the amount I spent, I won't be buying from BOXRAW again.

These could be pretty good but the rigid leather tab that the laces attach to really irritates my hands. Also, they're only designed to wrap around toward the inside of your wrist rather than outside like most people tend to do. Lastly, the company's return policy precludes the possibility of trying them and sending them back if they do not work so I'm stuck with knuckle guards that I'll never use. One positive is that the padding is thick and absorbent.
