“I placed my order on 6 April, yet it was only dispatched to the forwarding facility on 12 April. Since then, the shipment has remained stuck at the facility up to today, 25 April, with no progress. Despite sending multiple emails to Boxraw, I have only received generic, non-actionable responses that fail to address the issue. Upon contacting the forwarding company directly, I was informed that Boxraw had provided an invalid HS code, which is the direct cause of the delay. I raised this issue with Boxraw again on 21 April and received yet another generic reply. Since then, there has been no follow-up, no corrective action, and no accountability from your side. My parcel remains held at Exelot due to your error. This situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility. I expect an immediate resolution—either a corrected shipment with expedited delivery or a full refund. Further delays or continued non-responsiveness are unacceptable.”
