Livraison super en retard . Quand j'ai commandé mon article, on annonçait 8 jours de délais de livraison . La ca fera bientôt 3 semaines que j'attends ma commande c'est vraiment décevant.

Размеры больше чем реальные ! Надо брать на 2 размера меньше))) Доставка долго! Качество плохое! Не стоит этих денег! Напишу отзывы о Вас в Инстаграм и Фейсбуке

make an big order and shorts ordered first time. JOHNSON suits have M size and always they was little bit different sizes depends on colour and it's ok ( this year there is too long "JOHNSON BOTTOMS" and this not a problem!). !!!BUT SHORTS!!! You are laughing at me? 2 identical sizes M in different colors are completely different: M GRAY are very small and M CHARCOAL are bit large for me and without BOXRAW logo!!!!!!!!!! Every year I buy 3 suits and other stuff, all was sent from Ukraine to Ukraine. And only one time I change size and it was simple and easy to do (just send and get other T-shirt size for an 2 days) For this year: 1) shipping from UK. ok not a problem but makes me much time to communicate and standing in line with our UPS sevice. 2) I paid customs tax £ 100 !!! and get such an ambush with quality, and besides I cannot replace anything coz of not able to make return to UK!!! I attached photos and just look HOW they differ?! Same sizes! Thank you BOXRAW! you lost a customer. loyal customer for 3 years that recomend at least 10 people and friends to be part of boxraw, but not anymore.

I ordered a matching suit for $85 dollars was charged and never received anything. I wouldn't give this post any stars but it is not an option. It's very interesting how you charge people give them a confirmation number and then never send anything. Thanks for nothing, I requested a refund from my credit card already . What a waste of time

I ordered my merchandise 10 days ago and I see that it hasn't even left Germany yet and I'm in the United States. I understand the mail being slow but my stuff hasn't even left yet.

Ordered a hoodie that was advertised as large and fit like a small - returned the item and was sent an email saying my return couldn’t be processed due to an extremely small amount of hair on the item. They then sent me emails saying the tags weren’t on the item I returned which they were, then they pivoted their approach saying it was pet hair and I don’t even own a pet?? I still haven’t been given a refund. Will never shop here again.

Honestly had a terrible experience with boxraw this second go around. At this point I’ve spent close to $500 with boxraw. They delivered my first package fine. But the second one I had overnighted and they delivered to wrong door and took a picture of proof of delivery that clearly wasn’t my door. They say they are trying to get to the bottom of it but I just want my $85 sauna suit that I paid $135 for. I thought they would be understanding and help me out considering I’m a up and coming boxer but I guess not.

Placed my first order on the 2nd October 2020 and we are now on the 12th October and still no delivery, suppose to be 2 day delivery! No communication from BOXRAW either. Not good for a first order and new customer! Won’t be using again.

I ordered 3 hoodies size medium and they came back and fit like a small. I tried going back to return it and never received a shipping label to exchange it back, plus I had to pay an extra $200 dollars to the shipping company to send it back because BOXRAW doesn’t pay for exchange delivery.......the worst! I will never again order anything from them!!!

They have provided me the tracking no which is not even shown on the courier website . Earlier item was undelivered and it is stuck at Deustche Post & the team tried to provide me a new tracking no Barcode which is not found in the Deutsche Post system. Having a hard time now. Would not recommend

Wouldn’t know. Placed my order over 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. Don’t even want the product anymore. Company is a joke.

I ordered a 2XL and it came in, but was way too small. I’m trying to return it but shipping is over a $100 because I’m shipping from the US to the UK. It would be nice to get a shipping label from the company as I’m only returning it for an exchange for a 3XL.
