I’ve been ordering from Boxraw for about a year and they usually met my expectations bery nicely. However, my last order experience was an absolute disgrace. I’ve ordered a number of items using the express delivery option (up to 3 business days). I could have let the actual delayed delivery fly, but two items were missing from the package. I contacted costumer service and was notified one of the items was in fact out of stock (it was not marked as so when I placed the order) and I was offered to get a refund on that item and get the other missing item shipped out asap, which I said yes to. From there on, I couldn’t get a coherent response from the costumer service despite a number of e-mails and messages through the website for over a month regarding that one missing item that was supposed to be shipped out “asap” (why wasn’t it shipped out in the original package?). Customer service got back to me eventually with news that the item I’ve been waiting for is unfortunately out if stock (you don’t say, after 5 weeks of the original order?) I settled for the same item in a different size because I really wanted it but obviously this would not have been my first choice and this was especially disappointing because it felt like it went out of stock while the customer service was dragging their legs and not dealing with my inquiry in a reasonable manner or time. I’m deeply disappointed and bummed, as I will not be ordering from Boxraw ever again and will not recommend to any of my fellow boxers and friends to do so either, despite your clothing being of high quality The mishandling of customer support was simply outrageous and infuriating on this.
