I returned it. Your sizes run way big. Did even exchange for a small. You guys received it almost a week ago and I still haven’t heard anything back. If you guys aren’t gonna exchange it for a small I need my money back

I ordered a speed bag which cost me $204 on Jan 5th it shows paid in my account but it says not shipped for the past 2 and a half weeks they don’t have a number to call they don’t email me back and there is no way to talk to someone lost my buisness for good , very pathetic and ridiculous. I rate 0 out of 10

Waiting already 20 days on my order. A lot of things that i orderd were not availeble any more, so sets that i wanted to make are incomplete. Still dont have a mail that the order is shipped.

I have purchased the hagler sauna suit 2.0 on 2 seperate occasions. The 1st one lasted me 3 months. After carefully following the care instructions (wash cold, hang dry) the thin plastic lining on the top ripped due to sticking on itself after washing. I purchased another set on black friday and after the first wash this time the bottoms thin plastic lining ripped. The product works but its very frustrating spending $120 for a set with no durability. I will not be buying another set. If it works for you great but dont be suprised when the rips occur after washing.

Been almost two weeks since I ordered!! Customer service ignored my requests for refund until my third email. Kept giving me scripted responses now awaiting another 5 days for my money. Terrible service ! Terrible delivery services !! Will not be spending here any further !!

I placed my order, and they told me that they are out of stock with an email, I immediately told them that I want refund for all of my things, they answered me after 3 days told me they had already sent out the rest of the order. Still I have not my money Back

Absolutely horrible!! First the customer service is pitiful and does not care about they're customers! Also I never even got my tshirt I paid $48.00 for and refused to give a refund or even respond to my request! I had to file a fraud claim on my credit card to be reimbursed! I will never purchase anything from these crooks again!👎👎

So to start ordered this gear on Oct 3rd with express shipping it is now October 20th I’ve called dhl instead of this terrible customer service and everyday they tell me it will be delivered just to never come by the package sat 2 hours from my house for over a full working week with no delivery they updated my delivery date twice just to never come this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had as a fighter I expected a brand built on boxing to conduct itself with more professionalism and frankly to have the shipping provider laugh in my face for a week straight when I could swim to the uk buy it and swim back in the time it takes btw their just going to say call dhl enjoy your day

A month since ordering, my order never arrived. Tracking status has been stuck for over 10 days, when talking to my country’s courier they told me it is marked as delivered in their system. This was never received. Customer support won’t even bother to help, says it’s not their business anymore after it enters your country. (?!) Pretty wild statement & I truly feel scammed. I know your products are decent and was looking forward to receive mine. Seems like your customers don’t hold that same value to you though. 0/5 Stars, never received the order and you’re reluctant to refund, replace or even to look into this to start with.

The items don’t fit and not accurate image. I therefore have tried to reach one million times and they never reply. There is no help in my being able to return and I have reached like I said million times to no avail. They want me to write a feedback so they entice by offering a “we'll issue you a free £5 Gift Card”! I don’t want a bloody gift car I want your help so I can know once I apply return label the can I handover to the post office. Someone please adopt some common sense and customer service would be greatly appreciated. I’m very upset and frustrated

I ordered a Large in these after looking at the size chart and they did not fit at all. So I paid $18 dollars to have it exchanged for a X large and they are still extremely tight. I’m pretty much all set with company and I plan on reaching out to get a refund or exchange for these very unsatisfied with this company
