Hi Robert, Thank you for your review. I can see your parcel was damaged in transit with our couriers, and I can see that we have since resent another bag for you to replace the damages. Unfortunately, this was damaged with the couriers, but was quickly rectified once we were made aware. We ordered fodder beet seeds, paid for and assured that the order will arrive in 3 days. We are still waiting to receive the order nearly 10 days later. Contacted customer service per email but still.waiting for.a conclusion. Once but never again.

Wonderful selection of daffodil/narcissus bulbs. When I highlighted an issue with one variety I received a no-quibble replacement of the whole selection - great customer service. They're now just starting to put on their display.

Didn't"t think the novel cold plant grass seed would actually germinate. I was wrong the areas that Irepaired all came up lovely and thick, so well done Boston Seeds. Allan Mechen

I really like this company, as they provide a very prompt service, and the quality of their plants has been A1 so far. I intend to use them quite often - especially for spring bulbs and wildflower seeds.

I ordered 25 plants and only received 19. Only a small order on my part but if you do this on large orders you are conning customers out of a lot of money. I am not impressed with the service.

The plants I ordered weren't plants when they arrived - they were the tinest shoots you have ever seen dissapointed!!!

Hi Tim, Thank you for your review. We dispatch plug plants all year round, and depending on the time of year, the plug plants may have very little to no leaf growth. This is completely normal, and you will find that they have a strong root base, which is the most important part. We have tried to make this clear when ordering, but we apologise that you are not happy with the product received. The plugs will benefit from being planted straight into the ground and will soon turn into established plants. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any further queries.

The green bulbs were in good condition. However, I was disappointed in the delivery. When I placed the order the information invited customers to place orders for despatch in February. The plants were actually delivered towards the end of January at a time when I was unable to plant them. Very disappointing.
