“Delivery woth EVRI in UK was annoykng. No option on website to say 'leave by bins'. So i had to be home, changing my day.
Haven't planted the seed yet, was a recommendation from a knowledgeable friend. At rhe end of the day it's just expensive bird food so sure it will be fine”

“Unfortunately, l did not get next day delivery. Appreciate that i ordered at weekend. However, it was not delivered until late Wednesday. courier problems!”

I can see your order left our warehouse on 27th April and was then delayed a day with our couriers. Although issues like this are rare, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

“OverSeeded the lawn a week ago but no sign of growth yet. No advice about amount of seed or fertiliser per square metre on bags. The lawn pack arrived as promised and in good condition.”

Due to the number of mixtures we sell this is not something we have been able to do previously but we will look into this. The Fertiliser does have the instructions on the bag but these are quite small print.

“Happy with the product - but would prefer an option to pay not to use EVRI as a delivery service. They are renowned for being awful, and this time it was only as bad as the delivery arriving after 8pm at night when the time slot was 2-4pm; but having had lost and extremely delayed deliveries with them it is now becoming a factor in who I choose to purchase with; so one-star lost for the choice of courier/delayed delivery.”

“My initial order did not arrive as they ran out of stock. I then phoned as nothing heard for a few days re delivery only to be told my order had somehow got stuck in the system & they would order it again with urgent delivery at no further cost. Seeds arrived on the Saturday as indicated but no preadvice of delivery. In the end all good, so cannot fault on product or how they handled it. However, had I not phoned, would I still be waiting now?”

“The service was good but the sack had a slit which had been taped up but didn’t notice until I went to use it. I hoped it was the delivery service who slit it as I hoped it hadn’t left you like that”

“Feed and seed arrived promptly. Sadly the packaging on the feed is very flimsy and 2 out of 4 bags had split and had spilt out on delivery. The seed bag is much more robust.”
“Boston seeds is excellent and I’m adding different seeds to my garden each year to build up a robust lawn capable of dealing with 3 dogs, two cats a pair of tortoises and all the foxes my wife encourages in. Sadly, the courier firm EVRI is so bad I cannot give the 5 stars Boston seeds deserves.”
