Evri have nor yet delivered it! They have apologised for being late but have yet to give me a delivery date. Royal Mail would be a better courier for a small packet of seeds

It seems you dispatched the items on time on the next day delivery service but the delivery agent has been totally hopeless. Every day saying they’re delivering, but then cancelling and even claiming they left calling cards at a 24/7 manned address. All lies by the delivery company - but no point has Boston seeds followed up on these delays and I have chased.

I filled in the quantity I wished to order, then changed my mind so came out of the form and the website. I re-entered the website and ordered the required amount but after I had submitted my details and paid, the original order was also there so I ended up with almost twice the required amount I required. Most annoying.

The purchase was made for next day delivery! I allowed for the bank holiday it came 5 day after, I hope the seed is ok 🆗

I ordered the product after 2pm on a Thursday and it didn’t arrive until mid Tuesday the following week. Admittedly it was a bank holiday weekend but it was still disappointing to have to wait 5 days when so much emphasis is placed on prompt delivery. I could have received the product on the Saturday but the additional cost is disproportionately high. Also my fault for not getting the order in before 2pm. But disappointing nevertheless. The product itself (when it arrived) was fine.

Hi, thank you for your review. I can see your parcel was delivered on 5th May and was therefore delivered on our next day service as stated when you placed your order. As your order was placed after 2pm, your order was processed on the next working day, 1st May and delivered the next working day, Tuesday 5th May, due to the bank holiday in between. It was important i received this delivery as promised. Was going away for 10 days and desperately wants to get my seed down before I left, so chose Boston as as they advertise next working day delivery if ordered before 2pm. Very disappointed and of course blamed the couriers

EVRI LET YOU DOWN, product fine. Delivery firm dishonest, photo showed failed to deliver as not home, photo supplied not my home! Logged complaint with EVRI, no response for complaint registered!!! They did deliver eventually. Call center said there was a driver handover problem. Not true. Unfortunately this puts me off ordering again with yourselves as I do not trust EVRI.

Disappointing experience with delivery of products. Website states that they offer next day delivery - in reality it took 8 days. Customer service team offered to expedite when I complained, but nothing was done. Very little was offered by way of an apology either.

Still waiting for Evri to deliver item. Have contacted Evri a number of times because they sent messages saying delivery failed when no attempt was made. Evri have confirmed my item is stuck and doesn’t appear to be moving through their tracking system. Have noticed 12 other complaints by local people about Evri deliveries. Total disaster!

We do have clear labelling on and we have sourced boxes that hold the plants tighter to avoid any damages in transit. Service was terrible my plants arrived 2 weeks late and in very poor condition and the added costs of VAT and delivery made the very expensive. Will not purchase from this company again

Thank you for your review. We dispatch plug plants all year round, and depending on the time of year, the plug plants may have very little to no leaf growth. This is completely normal and you will find that they have a strong root base, which is the most important part. We have tried to make this clear when ordering. The plugs will benefit from being planted straight into the ground and will soon turn into established plants. I do also apologise for the delay in getting these to you and we will work closely with our nursery to improve our delivery times going forward.
