I have looked into your order and can see that this was for the Quality Fine grass seed.
At this time of year, the ground temperature is cooler than ideal for the seeds to germinate, so they will always take a bit longer.
I would advise giving these another 2-3 of weeks, and I hope by then you will see signs of germination.
This seed, in ideal conditions, will take around 4 weeks to germinate.
You shouldn’t need to be manually watering at this time of year, as we are having dews in the mornings and evenings with regular rainfall. Each time you manually water the area you will be bringing the soil temperature down and therefore hindering the germination process.
