“Snowdrop bulbs in the green, were excellent quality. I have used Boston seed for plants and seeds before, The qualty is excellent and reliable.the plants were delivered to the wrong address due to the wrong house number being recorded on the delivery label as no 3 rather than 83. I am unsure how the label is generated Fortunately the delivery driver took aphoto which enabled me to identify the correct house and retrieve my parcel and the second parcel sent via Royal mail our postie spotted the error. so alls well.”

“I purchased daffodil bulbs, when I went to plant them more than 50% of them were soft ( none viable) totally disgraceful. I'm astounded to be invited to review the company when I told them about the product and said that I would never use them again. They didn't reply to me. A R Clay.”

I’m very sorry to hear that the bulbs were mushy despite being opened promptly on arrival. I can see that you have been shopping with us since 2016, and we do appreciate your loyalty.
We take quality concerns extremely seriously, and this is certainly not the standard we expect from our stock. As these are natural products, issues can occasionally occur, but this is not something we would want our customers to experience.

“your service was v good , prices competative, but what let you down badly was the courier service that you use. i know with them as soon as i here they are supposed to be delivering it wont arrive and they cannot be botherd. that in turn has put me of useing Boston Seeds
