“Sorry I cant remember if it was Matt or Mark, but was incredibly helpful we discussed what I was looking for I was able to try an equivalent american instrument that was out of my budget but gave a good idea of what the bass would be like. The bass was ordered for me turned up in a week and I'm delighted with it. Customer service second to none. Thank goodness I no longer have to go all the way to GAK! Will buy from you again next time I'm looking for something.”

“Within the last year I've bought two Roland F130R digital pianos from Bonners and on both occasions have been impressed by the courteous and knowledgeable service I have received. Needless to say I have also been very impressed with the quality of this piano (hence two!). It is both elegant and practical and has an excellent sound and touch which is perfect for my current needs.”

“Bonners are always very helpful and - crucially - allow a serious customer plenty of time to try something out in store. If you buy a Hammond organ off them they are prepared to leave you in peace in the music room to get your own feel for it without hanging around you. Also they have a very good and wide range of stock.”

“What a fantastic store! Great customer service...after a long, long browse around I asked to compare two Boss Delay Pedals, but the store was closing early due to being a Bank Holiday. No problem...they stayed late so that I could give the pedals a proper try-out.”

“Communication with Bonners was excellent. The delivery was longer than expected. This was partly due to matching available day for both parties and also due to Bonners waiting for a delivery from Yamaha even though the website advised the item was in stock. One thing which could cause inconvenience for both Bonners and the customer. The delivery guys who were really nice, forgot to connect the lower speakers. It was only after a couple of days of suspecting the piano did not sound as good as I expected it should did I investigate to find the speaker connection was still looped around the cable tie. We also arranged payment by 0% interest which was arranged on line within 24 hours. I would certainly purchase from them again.”
