“Bonners were excellent throughout. The product is good. The only let down to the whole transaction was the courier service used. They didn't make the agreed date for delivery, neither did they take away the part exchange piano, this caused a further dialogue with Bonners and two extra days of me being stuck at home!”

“The piano arrived as planned on time and in excellent condition. The delivery men set the machine up quickly and sited as requested. I am still getting used to using the piano in it's designed mode at the moment so ihaven't had time to try the other features, but it promisses to be just what i wanted. The adjustable stool is very necessary for this instrument to get the right poise and arm positions. One small objection is the need to download from the web the guarantee conditions as I would have preferred a paper document. Still i'm very pleased with the instrument, and the manner in which you conducted th transaction. Thanks, and Best Wishes, K.Robinson, Padstow”

“Excellent service. Keyboard was well packed and arrived in good condition on the day promised. Staff were knowledgeable and loaded updated software patch prior to dispatch. Would recommend Bonners again. Oh - and the keyboard is fantastic!”

“I received lots of specialist support over the course of several days when trying out and playing, and subsequently buying, my Hammond SK1 73 key keyboard from Bonners. The keyboards staff were very experienced and knowledgeable and very helpful, both in understanding the product and in being able to compare it with similar products and advise on their pros and cons. I had plenty of opportunity and time to play the instrument side by side with similar keyboards plus helpful discussion and cool-off time for what was a big purchase. I am very happy with the product and with the choice that I have made and will certainly continue to buy big ticket items in-store at Bonners, as I have done for 10 years or so, now. I have also, in respect of guitars and other products purchased at Bonners, both new and second-hand, been very happy with the after-service and any repairs I have had from Bonners. I can, and do, recommend them widely to others for musical instruments.”

“The product was marked a little from being a demonstration unit but the price was knocked down sufficiently. I was pleased with the trade-off. The service was excellent as usual from Bonners.”

“I scoured the internet for my Roland HP 504 digital piano. Bonners were offering a better service than even some of the eastern european and German websites. For the same price as the cheapest internet deal i was able to visit their store, try different pianos and get a professional demonstration. Im glad i did this as the piano i thought i wanted wasnt suitable. I prefered the touch and sound of the 504. included in the price was a piano stool and a pair of headphones. The piano was delivered by two professional piano deliverers, who were polite and friendly and assembled the piano in my home for no extra charge. you really cant get better than that can you.”

“Thanks for your cooperation. The piano was delivered in perfect conditions, prior to the date that was agreed and even and although the first commercial deal you have allowed us to pay most of the bill after the piano delivery which is not in according to your policies. At the end of the day the deal was done and I as a client am very satisfied.”
