“Great advice and support from Tony, with an excellent price to match. Please pass on my thanks to the delivery chaps, they appreciated I was on a work call when they arrived and got about building the piano quietly and professionally. Great service from Bonners all round, well worth the wait. Thank you”

“Very good service. I bought a mixer which didn't do what the manufacturers claimed. Bonners dealt with this by delivering a new mixer - I live in London - then taking it back as it still didn't work and providing a full refund. I would recommend this company's customer service. By the way the mixer promised use connectivity which I later found out was not the best way to go. Buy a dedicated sub interface - from Bonners Music.”

“First class service. I bought the Yamaha N1 hybrid piano, GREAT, wouldn't be without it, not many dealers big enough to stock that one. Great delivery team and competitive on price, couldn't ask for more.”

“I have a 12 string acoustic guitar that I wanted to have a pick-up fitted. It would have been very easy for the company to take my money, aprox £200 but Myke told me the guitar wasn't suitable as the bridge was lifting and it wasn't worth spending the money on. My wife and I were impressed by his honesty and would definitely recommend Bonners and will continue to shop there.”

“I bought a Kawai CA67 from Bonners and was very pleased with the service I received from them. They delivered to my house, (a 4 hour drive for them), assembled the piano for me in an upstairs room, then took all the packaging away. In addition to this, they threw in a free stool, free headphones, a 5-year warranty and gave me a good part ex price for my Casio. Their price before part ex was already the joint best I had seen. Very happy and would use them again.”

“My experience with the staff at Bonners was great. The person who showed me round the store was very helpful and pointed out the different features and helped me to decide which one was for me. The delivery was on time as promised and they were very pleasant and efficient too. After my piano was delivered I discovered I did not have a manual so I telephoned the shop and a lady apologised and put it in the post immediately for me. It duly arrived the next day. Thank you.”

“I bought a Gibson Songwriter Deluxe Studio EC this weekend and it is superb. Of equal importance, the instrument was set up by Mark Hards to my personal specification with the action exactly as I like it - Superb all round as usual from Bonners Music - brilliant in all areas. Michael Bentley.”

“I am delighted with my Roland Piano. The staff in the shop were helpful. The delivery, I felt was a little rushed. Some wrappings were still left on pedals and there were a few minor questions that I had which were not answered but overall the experience was good.”

“I wanted to use my new Yamaha PSR S750 keyboard with a controller keyboard and bass pedals. Excellent after sales service including emailing me a number of set up programmes meant that the system worked much better than in would without Bonners technical knowledge. Five star service.”
