“Bought 2k keyboard Friday before lunchtime, not posted until Monday, tracking info was worse than poor, initially showed anothers order on TNT.. called them assistant said "you would be as well calling them yourselves" did so but because I am not the account holder no info. Tom in the keyboard Dept was the only one that went out of his way to help ...Then I spotted they had the wrong address - highlighted this and it still got delivered to anothers property ... I then had to collect it and take a large heavy keyboard to my own home..I'm in my sixties NOT GOOD”

“Absolutely Fantastic buying experience from start to finish. After being badly let down by another company I spoke to Tom at Bonners music, about sourcing a Yamaha Montage M8X Keyboard (Which are seemingly impossible to get, having just launched) He took my details and called back to confirm that 1 was available immediately. I had to arrange to get a refund from the other company so I was delayed a day before I could order. Although it was Toms day off, I spoke to Tim, who took over and confirmed it was still available, so I placed the order. Concerned about the lack of availability, and my recent experience with another company, I was worried that it may turn out to be a let down again, or even an ex-display model. I couldn't have been more wrong. Tim, gave me every assurance that it was available and that it was a factory sealed box unit that would be couriered to me within 2 days. I did email Tim with my concerns and he emailed back with reassurances each time, and even a confirmation when it was due to leave the warehouse. In actual fact, it only took 24 hrs (which, given I am in a location that is considered The Highlands for postal purposes is Astounding. ) Tim also gave me some product advice when I asked for it and further reassurances about the delivery process. The package was secured to a pallet for extra protection and arrived today. Its is a great product, but its the whole buying experience that has been hugely impressive. I am very grateful. Credit, where credit is due! Thank you.”
