“Once again excellent service from Bonners. Tom kept me updated about when the music rest for my SKX Pro Stand would be available . I received an email letting me know what day the stand would be available online, and on that day was able to order it. Very prompt delivery too. Tony gave me excellent service when I bought the SKX Pro last January and told me that a music rest would be available.”

“I couldn’t rate Bonners highly enough. They were recommended by my daughters piano school and we were not disappointed. I had a look online and saw a second hand piano I liked the look of. I contacted my local Bonners and they were able to show me the same model in the store and talk to me about it. I placed the order online and was contacted shortly after, by the other store it came from, to book in delivery. Everyone was lovely and helpful and it arrived when they said it would with two lovely and helpful delivery guys. Would highly recommend Bonners”

“A story of two halves really! Bonners themselves were excellent. Honouring their price match statement, good and timely communication and they scheduled the delivery date to suit. They also produce superb YouTube videos with detailed product information/demos which helped me decide which model to buy. The problem lies with their choice of courier, namely DX. My heart sank when I saw this as I have never had a delivery from this company on time (five different times so they are at least consistent). It never came on the day it was meant to and tracking said it was out for delivery. The following day it said 'scanned into storage' so I contacted them who said "it 'should' be going out again tomorrow (Friday). Now I needed the instrument for a wedding on the Saturday so I was not prepared to take the chance that it didn't turn up again. I ended up making an 80 mile round trip to the depot to collect it. Costly in both time and fuel, but less so than cancelling work. Anyway, Bonners music are really very good but should perhaps offer alternative couriers who do actually deliver the goods. I'm going to ask retailers which delivery company they use in the future so I can avoid any further dealings with DX!”

“Highly recommend Bonners. They were very helpful before purchase over the phone. The Plano was despatched the same day and excellent communication regarding delivery from both Bonners and TNT. The piano was a great price and arrived quickly, really pleased with it. Would have no hesitation buying from Bonners again.”
