“I recently saw a second-hand Casio Stage Piano on Bonner's website & phoned to inquire. The lady I spoke to was very helpful & informative & I secured the deal. It arrived very quickly, by TNT, securely packed in its original box and I'm very happy learning all the clever things my new keyboard can do. I've known of Bonner's store over the years and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable & helpful staff when it comes to choosing an instrument.”

“Purchased my first Guitar, Epiphone Les Paul this week after Bonners kindly price matched a competitors price. Excellent communication with a very welcoming and friendly environment once in store, with the Guitar all setup by the Tech before leaving store. Loads of advice and assistance offered, the team definitely bring value to buying local rather than Mail order. Thanks all at Bonners!”

“Extremely professional. Could not fault at all. The range of digital and acoustic pianos they had on site to try in Surrey was remarkable. The same can be said for the expertise of the staff being kind and patient asking additional questions to figure out what I wanted and offering different options to suit my needs. Having my piano delivered and set up was a smooth easy process with the delivery people being friendly and extremely informative.”

“Excellent service, the customer service rep got in touch quickly to confirm my order and was willing to arrange changes to shipping if needed. Bonners also had a guitar tech set up the guitar free of charge which was a brilliant extra and the guitar arrived ready to play straight out the box within 2 days. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.”
