“Bought this much sought after guitar for my daughters Christmas. Bonners emailed once online order received and explained how the purchase would be handled from going through their shop for various checks etc. Then they would not send it out over a weekend as the guitar would potentially lie in a delivery warehouse for 3 days. Not good for guitars. Sent out Monday, received Wednesday. What a refreshing experience from real people with a real passion for what they do. This experience can only be given from real people, not hiding behind Web only sales. Thank you.”

“Having watched Bonners excellent videos on the keyboard I was interested in, I placed an order with them. I first contacted customer services with a query and the response was quick and helpful. Delivery was smooth and the two other items which are out of stock, I'm sure will arrive later on with no problem. I know I can contact Bonners if I have any issues. Highly recommended.”

“I bought a second-hand Korg Grandstage 73 from Bonners without visiting the store to view it. It has a 1-year warranty. I have purchased from Bonners before, so I was confident that it would be in good condition, and that I would be well looked after in the event of any problems. It arrived promptly, and it's in perfect condition. :)”
