“If I’m honest it was good customer service but nothing special. The advertised headphones for a white piano shown in white weren’t available and the delivery arrangements were a challenge. The piano itself is lovely and is perfect for what I needed.”

“I cannot fault anything with my experience with Bonners. I received an excellent piano which was delivered and built and waiting for me when I got home. The Kawai CA49, for me, is an excellent choice as the action is superb. I will probably upgrade within a year or two by part-exchanging with Bonners”

“Superb customer service. We visited several times to try various digital pianos, as Bonners have a comprehensive stock and are very knowledgable. Eventually we landed on a Kawai CA901 in ebony, which was promptly dispatched and expertly installed within a matter of days. Bonners also have a large range of videos reviewing various pianos on their website and Youtube, which definitely help to narrow down the selection process prior to heading in store.”

“Bonners all good, but you need a better courier, TNT Tracking is v poor, days late should have been next day with no ability to track where things were or which day they will be delivered until the actual morning and then a timeslot of -anytime before 6pm!......”
