“I bought the piano online - process was straightforward and not time consuming. The whole thing was dealt wirh very promptly. Delivery was good ,I was given the optuion to chnage the delivery time, and the piano arrives a s arrnaged the delivery chap was polite and ghelpful.”

“I chose Bonners to purchase a new Kawai CN-301 Digital Piano, Piano Stool and Kawai SH9 Headphones. I contacted Bonners in advance of the purchase to discuss shipping from the UK to the Isle of Man. Bonners were great to deal with and happy to use my suggested shipping company for onward delivery. I received my new products in great condition. Everything was well-packaged. The only hiccup was that there was a mixup with the headphones I ordered (due to different packages being offered). Bonners were really quick to resolve this and sent me the correct headphones a few days later. I'm really pleased with my purchase and how helpful Bonners was. Their email communication was super fast! I'd definitely use Bonners again in future. Thank you!”

“This was a remote puchase so all contact was via email. Credit to Tom Parsons who was able to find answers to my questions and generate a specific puchase link for me with a very speedy turnaround. I bought the Kawai CA401 bundle, the piano itself is lovely and very close to the acoustic experience, and with the headphones I can play as much as I want without offending the neighbours! Extra thanks to the excellent George and Andy from the couriers Griffin Transport - if you're debating whether to opt for the home set up service I found it well worth it.”
