“Outstanding customer service and I would highly recommend Bonners. I needed to find a power supply unit for a very old electronic keyboard but didn't know exactly what I should buy. The staff went over and above to find the correct psu and ensure that it would work with the keyboard and not damage it. They were all very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you so much!”

“I have recently purchased a new Casio piano from Bonners. I found them competitive on price and their online videos from experts are really useful in helping to choose a piano. Customer service/communication was good and the delivery was as expected. I'd recommend them and would personally use again for future purchases.”

“The company might be okay but the courier company used for delivery (fed ex) has terrible services. For the free delivery service, you have to spare 3 to 4 days of waiting from 8 am to 6 pm. There is no time slots. There notifications are unreable, just for information purposes only. The courier drivers do not take phones or customers phone numbers. They can not get in touch with you. For any reason they will take back your item to the depot and will not notify you. They will turn up any other weekday with delivery with out notifying you! Bonners does not take responsibility of delivery as long as it is done with in 3 days after despatch! I advice customers buying bulk items not to use this type of delivery. It should not be made available to them. One person turns up and if you can't carry or have people to help. It's game over! I was so disappointed”

“Everyone I dealt with at Bonners provided excellent service. They kept me up to date by phone of stock availability as I had a deadline and the piano I wanted was not in stock at time of ordering.”

“I bought some piano castor cups. Phoned up, got good advice, phoned up again when a courier issue meant there had been a delay, and another set was sent out promptly. Friendly humans on telephones are good news, the castor cups are top quality - recommended - and the service impeccable. Many thanks!”

“Really helpful, informative advice from Bonners several times when we were considering what keyboard to buy. So refreshing to be able to talk to someone easily and someone who really knows what they are talking about. Price match made it great price too. Fast delivery and great tracking from decent courier. I’d recommend Bonners to anyone given our great experience. Roland keyboard and stand.”

“Ordered a Casio CT-S1 76 which arrived promptly and in perfect order. The keyboard itself appears to be well made and has a good tone. The Bluetooth adapter is very easy to install and pair up to phone which allows use of Casio app. I would highly recommend Bonners, good service and competitively priced. Many thank”

“I've been considering the purchase of a Korg workstation for some time. Whilst searching on Google, Bonners were advertising the Korg Krome EX73 at a very competitive price. Purchased straight away and was delivered in a couple of days. Good communication from them when keyboard was despatched and their courier confirmed when the order would be delivered, although they were 2 hours later than stated.”

“I was looking for a small keyboard to travel with. So Bonners Music price matched my new purchase and also part exchanged my Roland digital piano. Contacted me a few days later to collect the new keyboard from the MK showroom and all went well and efficient. Even found me a ex-demo stand, which fits the keyboard perfectly! I would happily recommend them and thanks again to the helpful staff.”

“My order didn't go quite as Bonners or I would have hoped but, cliche though it may be, you only find out what a company is like when things go wrong. And Bonners handled things well. I had ordered an expensive item, which had a minor blemish. Had it been a cheap item I would probably have overlooked it, but this was thousands of pounds rather than hundreds. Bonners remained polite and professional and sorted everything out to our mutual satisfaction. It would give me the confidence to deal with them again.”
