“Inquired about a guitar, received detailed information, including weight and pictures. Was asked how I like the guitar setup, and it was set up that way including new strings, guitar was also on sale. The person I dealt with was called Dave French, very professional and pleasant, guitar arrived it perfect condition and played beautifully. Well done Bonners”

“I recently purchased a Kawai KDP 120, which I have to say I am over the moon with, I don't know how they do them at the price, it is the best digital piano I have ever played, and the service from Bonners was excellent, it was straightforward to purchase online they kept me updated on delivery by email, it arrived very quickly and efficiently no problems at all. “I purchased a piano from this store just under two years ago, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The dispatch and setup were seamless and I was very happy with my purchase. Recently, my piano stopped working, so I reached out to the store, explaining what I thought the issue might be. They were incredibly responsive and shipped out a replacement part within a couple of days, allowing me to get the piano up and running again for my children. Their customer service was outstanding, and I highly recommend this company! Thank you Amanda and team.”

“Truly outstanding service from Bonners Reigate showroom who gave my son all the time he needed to try different pianos (including acoustic grands which was not what we were actually shopping for but was a lot of fun for my son!). David Burt went above and beyond in liaising with Bonners' specialist delivery company who, in spite of our tricky staircase, were able to deliver and install a Kawai NV10s on the first floor of our house. All round great buying experience. Would definitely look to Bonners in future if we ever have space for an acoustic grand!”
