“Customer service is a 5 Star. Very lovely and helpful people to talk to (Amanda, Tom and Vicki). They price matched and gave me a very good price for the piano. Delivery was good and on time. “Ordered a Gibson Les Paul guitar - but didn't want it delivered to my home as it's a gift for someone in the family. Helpfully agreed to send it to their Milton Keynes Piano store so I could collect it there, which I did. Delivery was fast and the recipient is over the moon with the instrument (he's wanted one since he was 13 about 20 years ago). Easy ordering via the website - great price - excellent service. What's not to like?!”

“Recently purchased a KORG PA5X Pro - I had a wonderful visit to Eastbourne Bonners Music Shop. The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and Jackie was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I can't speak highly enough of Bonners Music, their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Pricing is fair and transparent - definitely value for money. The entire team at Eastbourne Shop displayed a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend Bonners Music for their excellent service.”

“I had an extremely positive experience with Bonners and they would be my go-to company of choice for purchasing stage pianos. They gave me limitless opportunities to try different models, over a long period, and this helped me make the right decision for my particular situation, which had quite specific needs. Staff were welcoming and well-informed, and they listened to and responded to my specific requirements. I never felt pressurised or rushed. Goods were delivered exactly per the timescale quoted, in the sort of reliable condition that meant I could use the piano for a professional job on the same day as acquiring it. Tim and Toby at Milton Keynes excelled in personal and kindly service. Telephone support to their national number prompted the same personal help and gave the impression of a company where staff across different departments knew each other as people, not just names, and worked in sync.”
