“I ordered a keyboard during the bank holiday period, it arrived on time and very well packaged. This was a used item that looked to my untrained eye to be like new. This was a present for my grand daughter and purely to ensure that it worked correctly I tried it out, several hours later I was confident that it was in excellent working order. First class service from a respected company will definitely buy from them in the future, well done Bonners.”

“The piano arrived quickly. I was given a date 2 weeks away but after speaking to Jackie White (representative) on the phone, I recived ot in a few days. She was friendly and helpful and so were the people who delivered and set it up. Banners gave me the cheapest quote for delivery to a room of choice,assembly and removal of packaging. They also offered the best price overall and had the white colour that I was looking for (other stores didn't have it or were overpriced). This is my first piano purchase (Kawai Digital) and I would certainly recommend them and will buy again from Bonners.”

“Despite no end of problems with the courier (TNT), Bonners themselves were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They helped me picked the right gear in the first place, and then calmly and helpfully dealt with the dramas with the courier. So, all in all, thoroughly recommended.”
