“I purchased this before Christmas when there wasn't alot of stock around for the kit. Upon calling the sales staff went out of their way to check there was one available, luckily there was and at right price. It arrived safely. A smooth and simple process for me, the kit is amazing, thanks! Rob”

I received very well informed answers from the friendly staff at Bonners from visiting the store, to delivery, (They use the best piano movers out there) right through to after sales tuning. “I have just purchased a Roland Electronic Drum Kit from Bonners at Eastbourne. I found the store by chance after a web search for Roland dealers and visited to discuss and for guidance. I was attended to by Dan, who was excellent - very helpful, full of customer focus and very enthusiastic. I could not have asked for more. I placed my order and collected a few days later. Again, Dan gave fantastic customer service and I am very pleased with my purchase. Thank you and I fully recommend Bonners Music Store (very competitive prices as well).”

“I rang up to check if they had the piano i wanted, they did, I arrived, it was ready, They loaded it into the car, they told me it was one of the best and it is. What more could I ask for. All done in 2 hours door to door. And with a smile. I loved exporing the showroom too. If only I had the space!”

“I recently bought a Yamaha P-515 Portable Digital Portable Piano from Bonners and was very pleased with the service provided, right from the promotional videos through to delivery and Customer Support. Customer Services were very easy to deal with, communications were good and staff demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and commitment to helping the customer. The price paid was very competitive, and a better deal could not be found at the time of order placement. Delivery of the product was timely and was arranged with me on a day of my choosing. The first piano sent to me had a minor frequency dependant resonance problem with the left hand speaker. Customer Services were very understanding and a new replacement instrument was sent within a few days, with collection/delivery arranged at my convenience via TNT (with more precise delivery slot information provided via TNT Chatline). The new piano is a great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase a high quality portable digital piano with an impressive specification and wooden keys which give a great feel. Thanks again to everyone at Bonners.”

“Outstanding experience dealing with Bonners Music and highly recommended as reliable and friendly. I contacted the Eastbourne branch on Monday to enquire about ordering a digital grand piano (Roland GP607) and paying for it through installments due to a credit limit on my desired credit card. They facilitated this request and managed to arrange delivery and receipt of the item by Wednesday - in less than 3 calendar days! Also a big thanks to the delivery men who were very courteous and professional in setting up the instrument without any disruption. Will definitely use Bonners Music again and will recommend to friends.”
