“I took the opportunity to check out the instrument on YouTube and was able to make a decision on what instrument I wanted. Your videos were excellent and the service was very good. I am pleased with though I was dubious about buying online I need not have worried. I have used the Pa1000 at a Charity concert with only a sub woofer as an addition to the onboard speakers and it coped well. Please keep up the good work.”

“I recently purchased a Roland FP30 keyboard and their prices were cheaper than Amazon. Chap was very helpful and apologised for the fact that electrical work was taking place in their showroom. Really pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend this keyboard for beginners/intermediate players. Brilliant value for money.”

“I ordered a Yamaha digital piano, S-54. The customer service was fantastic in terms of letting me know when it would be delivered, The piano bench that I had ordered was not delivered at the same time as the piano but came the next day. Am really happy with the final product, the graded hammer touch is much better than that from the previous model of this digital piano, the S-52 and is great for a sophisticated pianist looking to practise classical piano repertoire. Can highly recommend Bonners.”

“Went above and beyond to get me my piano ASAP. Sent it out with a different courier to their usual one to get it to me next day! Really impressed, and I'm loving the new piano. I'd definitely order from them again. They were super friendly on the phone too.”

“Staff at Bonners were incredibly helpful through the whole process of my purchasing a piano.
