“Absolutely brilliant deal and the piano is superb. However I have been so busy I have failed to get a problem resolved which is the middle sustain pedal not working. Hasn't done from the off and I keep meaning to get in contact to sort out but there is always something else to do. It would be great if you could contact me on 07980 852366 and get it working. “Thank you Bonners, A great keyboard shop with informed, attentive and capable staff. Not only did you have Dexibell SX7 Module in stock and a SX9 to play, you actually had the form needed for Customs so that I could claim a refund on the VST as I was taking the unit back to Australia. Thank you”

“Good knowledgeable staff and very heipful. They gave very sound advice on which product was most appropriate for the type of use I might make of it. I am still working my way through the process of getting the best out of the keyboard, but that is a reflection on me - not on Bonnnars! I am sure if I need help they will point me in the right direction.”

“Bonners were exceptionally helpful in helping us choose the right piano for us. From their online videos, to Tony in the showroom, to Amanda in the back office, all the way to the delivery team. We chose a piano (the Kawaii CS11) that has turned out to be perfect for us. We also got lucky with delivery dates too, and managed to have the piano delivered and installed in less than 24 hours from placing the order. Phenomenal service, have already recommended them to friends. Also doesn't hinder them that they have literally the best prices on basically all Kawai and many Yamaha digital pianos in the country.”
