“Very friendly accommodating staff, the store is well stocked and they look after you very well, they'll set up the guitar to your requirement and even fit your choice of strings. The store has plenty of room for you to try stuff and it is never crowded. The choice of guitar and basses is very remarkable.”

“It is always a pleasure to deal with a real music shop like Bonners even though on this occasion I only visited from my front room by mail and phone. The Kawai ES110 is a fabulous instrument to play, with wonderful real piano hammer action. I chose it out of the range for its transportability due to the plastic rather than metal case. The lightness actually well exceeded my expectations and I now am as happy to accept own piano gigs as those where a piano is provided. After all I already know how responsive and effective the instrument will be”

“Living in the Northeast of England there are now no longer any music store that do part exchange after the demise of Whitley Bay Organ Enter closed After spending some time searching the internet I found Bonners and they offered me a good part exchange price I was trading in against a new PSR975. The whole experience was just great everything Bonners sorted everything out for me and kept me well informed throughout the whole process, My New Yamaha PSR975 is just a dream and I can definitely recommend as a music dealer”

“No problem with purchase or delivery. My only problem is it did not have a serial number on the keyboard however there was one on the box. I did make comment to Hammond but received no response. This was not a Bonners issue as I am always very satisfied with their service to musicians”

“Absolutely brilliant experience. Tony is very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was given a very fair price on my p/x keyboard and the whole transaction was expedited very quickly. The keyboard exchange was done promptly at my home. I'm extremely impressed. Well done all round!”
