“Popped into the shop looking for a deal on a keyboard. Superb customer service all the staff where friendly and helpful. After looking at the various pianos and keyboard and given previews I settle for the kawai ES8. Would highly recommend Bonners for their expertise and experience”

“Always contact Bonners for help and advice. Tony White always gives great advice that we trust. He helped us decide on a stage piano for our use. The piano has been great and has been used a lot already. Love the touch on the keyboard as well as the sound.”

“Excellent Customer Service. Very knowledgeable staff and sound advice. What more can I say? They did everything they could to support my impulse buy of a piano and I have been exceptionally happy with the instrument. I will definitely buy a concert grand from them in the future!”

“Always loved the sound of Hammond Organ and wanted to learn to play, probably a bit ambitious to start with a Hammond but received honest helpful support from staff, able to demonstrate the true sound of the SK1. Still enjoying learning my Piano teacher is very impressed :) altogether a great experience from Bonners Music”

“Really excellent service. Companies are only as good as the service they give when things don't go quite right and while we had a small problem with installation, Bonners went above and beyond to help sort it out. We were really thrilled and appreciative of the help given by staff at Bonners and would not hesitate to recommend them. Digital piano's are an expensive item but you can buy with confidence from Bonners.”

“I received excellent advice and information from the guy in the showroom. I had plenty of time to try out a number of keyboards in my price-range. I made my decision, filled in the paperwork (for the finance agreement) and a week later the piano was delivered, assembled and installed by two very helpful guys. Very happy with the product and the service received and I can happily recommend Bonners”

“I was very pleased with the on line service from Bonners. The piano arrived when ordered and I absolutely love it. Ideal for a lady to carry and has some really useful sounds. PLus inbuilt speakers. I have ordered items from Bonners previously and have always been satisfied with their service”

“I have to say that I'm very happy with the E-A7, I have it married in to a Tyros 4 and is played through the Tyros. It has some wonderful voices and some fantastic styles, the Roland was a great investment. The service as before from Bonners Music was 1st class, thank you.”

“First class customer service after my Yamaha Genos developed a major fault and wouldn't play. It was collected, had a new DM board fitted and was returned within a week or so. Bonners are a superb company who seem to have a great customer service record.”

“Going above and beyond on service!!! I went to Bonners with my father who was looking for a new and lighter keyboard. Tom served us and suggested a Korg which would be good for dad. Dad is 84 and is still getting used to new stuff but Tom was patient and friendly and answered all of our questions (which was about 1,000!). Dad was looking for Indian sounds and we found that you can download them for free. The whole point of dad buying a new keyboard was to have these amazing sounds. Tom went above and beyond the call of duty and downloaded these sounds and installed them just so Dad was completely happy. I’ve rarely had such helpful, friendly and positive service. This guy is a rockstar!! Bonners - he’s done your company proud and deserves a promotion!! And Tom you should know you’ve made my dad really happy. Thank you so much!”

“I recently purchased a Kawai CS11. from Bonners who where by far the best price by a few hundred pounds, offered me a great price on my trade in, and delivered the piano to my flat on a Sunday morning, up 2 flights of stairs and where in and out in 30minutes, taking my old piano away into the bargain, no fuss, no dramas. if your looking to trade in, id highly recommend checking them out, you may be surprised what they'll give you for you old instrument! Emma from the shop kept me up to date at all times via email and where very professional and polite! very highly recommended.”
