“Excellent customer service, unfortunately let down by items being delivered in two batches on separate days which was very inconvenient When we spoke to the delivery company they said the piano would be too heavy for one man so had to be delivered by 2 people. The next day the piano was delivered by one man no problem. Would by from again but they should find a better delivery company.”

“it took a while to get it all up and running - what a machine! I still don't fully understand it's architecture but working on it. Bonner's is the best music shop I've been into in ages, a total shame that we couldn't have stayed and looked around more - a truly vast collection of musical stuff. Very helpfull staff, very nice people, the best sounding keyboard I've ever owned. Many thanks - Simopn Spurrell.”

“I auditioned the Piano on-line first via YouTube, Bonners is some distance from me, I live in Rochester, Kent. Having made the decision to buy, I next applied for finance on-line, interest free 12 months with a small deposit. I have used this service before, and found it great for cash flow and it helps your credit score. The big day arrived, I went on a Saturday to the store, reasonable parking available, shop not too busy, and sales people not pouncing on me, just making sure I was comfortable, got me a pair of headphones, left me to it and I tried out the competition to the Roland RD-800 as well as the actual unit. Fell in love with the sound of the piano, and the feel, still nobody pressuring me, until I said Yes please. The entire process was done in 15 minutes, deposit paid, and the piano arrived in excellent condition on the chosen day. Bonners, I recommend their service, their after care, the pricing, their finance deals, they are the entire package in my needs, I will be back for my next keyboard companion which looks like the new Roland DS88, to sit on top of my RD-800. Nothing is too much trouble, and make sure if you don't know what you actually want, you plan for a day out, so much stock to audition, so little time in less than a day! Roland Beaumont.”

“Walked in - asked one of the staff members about a Electric Piano. He gave me a very comprehensive review of all pianos available and helped me make a decision. Everything was done smoothly, no fuss. Very polite staff and good range of stock. Would return for any musical needs.”
