“I was looking to trade in my old piano for a new one. So few piano dealers offer this service but Bonners gave me a competitive price. Their showroom is great and gave me an opportunity to try out the new one. Delivery happened a few days later and i couldn't be happier with it. Overall Bonners provide a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable service at a good price.”

“The telephone service and advice was very informative and helpful. Great advice on which model to buy from very knowledgeable assistant. Can't fault the service from the store and the delivery team was ace. Informed me of their progress and expected arrival. Assembled and tested the piano. They were courteous and very helpful. Can't fault them. And most importantly the piano is a pleasure to play. Great experience and i would thoroughly recommend Bonners.”

“The shop is fantastic , went in to purchase a set of electric drums and unlike most music shops where they have one of each instrument that has a sign on saying please do not touch , Bonners have a huge range that welcome you to come and try before you buy .the shop is huge with a massive selection of instruments and a very friendly work force , highly highly recommend this shop , keep up the good work”

“I recently part exchanged my Yamaha PSR910 towards a used Yamaha Tyros 4. This was the fourth Arranger Keyboard that I have bought from Bonners and as usual, the service was faultless. Before going to the store to see the keyboard (a one and a half hour drive from my home) I had a long phone conversation in which the condition and background was fully explained to me together with the potential part exchange value of my PSR910. On arrival I found everything as described together with the benefit of some very experienced and cooperative staff. Having agreed to purchase the Tyros, it was packed with care and loaded into my car. To-date, I have been very happy with the keyboard and I'm confident that should any problems develop, help is only a phone call away. Over the last four or five years I have never had any reason to doubt the service, products or costs from Bonners which is the reason I continue to return.”
