“Excellent service and price. They were very prompt at responding to my email enquiry and very helpful. My order also arrived promptly via a 24 hour courier service (at no extra cost on orders above £200). I would thoroughly recommend them.”

“Excellent service. As quite a novice I usually feel quite nervous and embarrassed if I'm trying guitars out in a shop but this was not the case at bonners. After explaining what I was interested in the sales assistant put me at my ease and sat me down with 4 guitars and left me to take my time and try them out, but at the same time kept checking to see how I was getting on. I eventually settled on a lovely PRS se custom. They also gave me fair price on my trade in. A pleasure to deal with so I will definitely shop there again.”

“I made my purchase based on the fact that Bonners were carrying stock where most competitors were awaiting delivery and wouldn’t commit to a delivery date. Once ordered the fender headphone amp arrived as per the order confirmation. It was well packaged too. I’d be using Bonners again”

“I'm very pleased with the service that I received from Bonners. I ordered a digital piano with a stand, and both items were dispatched promptly. One of the staff (Emma) mailed me to let me know exactly when both items would be arriving, and they turned up right on time. Very happy with the whole process, it was fast and efficient.
