“Great advice about a digital piano. Smooth sales process. I live up 7 flights of stairs round twisty bends, and they delivered successfully and without any fuss. Joined-up communications between different departments. I have always used another supplier in London before but am now totally sold on Bonners.”

“Couldn’t recommend Bonners more, I ordered a Roland FA07 and unfortunately, as can happen, it was damaged in transit. I have been sent a replacement immediately, with arranges for collection made at my convenience. I was in constant communication with Amanda and she was extremely helpful and polite. The product was also fantastic, I will definitely be shopping there again with reassurance that if anything’s wrong, they will be as helpful as possible.”

“I hadn’t come across Bonners before but they came up when I searched for the electric piano I wanted for my son. They price matched a competitor and Amanda was speedy with communication (which I personally loved). Delivery was fast and hassle free, the item was as described, really well packaged and looks perfect! Really pleased with my whole Bonners experience, would highly recommend and use again! 10/10!”

“Recently purchased a Roland digital piano from the Milton Keynes branch. I went there once to try out the range of different makes before returning as I wanted to have time to consider my decision. The staff were really helpful and I was impressed with the way I felt free to try the instruments and at no time felt pressured in to buying anything.”

“I’ve just purchased a Kawai ES920, Taurus stand and bench. Stagg case, keycover and Roland RH300 headphones. The Kawai three pedal unit is on backorder. I asked for a package price which was no trouble. I ordered on a Monday and took delivery on the Wednesday. The two sales guys I spoke to were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I am over the moon with my new piano, I can’t stop playing it. The stand and bench are exceptional quality for the price and the headphones are outstanding. The case is well made and nicely padded. The key cover was slightly oversized (which I knew) but I have altered it so that it fits perfectly with the music stand attached. The pedal unit will be sent to me when it comes into stock. Thank you Bonners for great service and products.”

“I ordered a PRS SE Custom 24-08 guitar in Eriza Verde (green to you and I) from Bonners after such positive press reviews. It arrived earlier today as agreed and I am delighted with my purchase. Bonners guitar specialist Simon's setup on the guitar is faultless, all I have had to do so far is tighten up the vibrato arm tension adjuster. All works very well with a great range of sounds, that is of course why I bought it. A definite "play me more" guitar that I look forward to owning for a long time to come. Thanks Bonners for the great service, I will definitely visit again.”
