“I was very grateful for the excellent response I received from Bonners when my package did not arrive on time and the TNT tracking did not help. This has happened to us before from other companies with our packages having to be sent a second time. The prompt response and explanation about problems with TNT made all the difference and the package arrived as promised”

“Ordered a keyboard and accessories using the website. The website was easy to use. The order was processed the next working day and dispatched the following day via TNT. TNT did not manage to deliver on the day promised, but instead on the subsequent working day. All the goods were received in good working order. I would order from Bonners again.”
