“After sales service very poor. Delivery was 6 weeks late (understandable given covid) but not once did Bonners call to advise me tell me what was happening. I had to phone them (4 or 5 times) and on every occasion was given a new date which came and went. Post delivery I had a basic query which they couldn't answer. I was promised a return call which never came.”

“Ordered a piano. Was delayed due to international shipping but I was kept up to date by Bonners. Was phoned when it arrived and they organised delivery with no issues. Would recommend.”

“Delivery was a week later than it was suppost to be (not Bonners fault) TNT told repeatedly lied to me on a daily basis as to why I didn't receive the piano. Lost 4 days work as a result.”

“Just bought my 3rd piano from Bonners. Amanda was extremely helpfull on every purchase and answered all my questions ( silly or otherwise ) . Very professional. I cannot fault either Amanda or Bonners for customer service. 5 Stars for both. I will use Bonners again for any musical requirements I have.”

“Bonners is a great place: knowledgable, friendly staff, great showrooms, great stock, online ordering works well ... I can't fault Bonners - a great place to buy a piano or keyboard. I visited the Reigate showroom then ordered a stage piano online after phoning to check stock. The Milton Keynes showroom had the one I wanted and it arrived quickly - very pleased.”
