“Prompt delivery of Casio PXS3000. The digital piano was a “B” grade/ex-display (this hasn’t affected the performance of the piano) and I knew the music stand was missing. When it arrived the manual was missing. I contacted them and received a quick response from Emma who sent me a PDF of the manual and has also provided a hard copy of the basic guide. All in all really happy with the piano and an excellent customer experience. Thank you.”

“Great customer service, very transparent and professional. I am so happy to have found this company to buy my first digital piano! I bought the Kawai CN39 in Rosewood and this is perfectly what I needed. I learned only on an acoustic Yamaha 20years ago and had a limited budget, I was lost to make a choice... I have been very well advised. I couldn't come to the shop, it was just before Christmas, so I only dealt by email. I always had an answer to my questions in less than 24h. Free delivery, the staff was very kind too. So pleased to deal with this company... I recommend 200%. Thank you Bonners, and a special thanks to Amanda !!”

“Foot Pedal for Hammond XK-1C. I had helpful advice from Bonners by phone in advance of buying this item. Delivery wasn't quick as the item was held up with Royal Mail, so it took a couple of days longerto arrive. The item came with no instructions but these were already in the User Handbook that came with the organ a while back. It was easy to program and it does everything I expected. Very happy with the advice, the ordering and the item itself. The frustrating bit was waiting for Royal Mail to get their act together. I wish I lived nearer a Bonners shop because if love to pop in and try out the Hammond range and accessories!”
