“I had a great experience purchasing my piano here. From the moment I arrived at the store, the staff took the time to really understand my needs and explain the different models available. With their guidance, I found the perfect model for me — which happened to be the showroom piece, offered at a discounted price while still coming with the full manufacturer’s warranty. It was in excellent condition, so even though they had the choice of a new one I opted for the showroom. What I also appreciated was that there was no pressure to buy on the spot. I was able to go home, think about it, and then complete the purchase online. I asked for the serial number of the showroom model, and they were happy to provide it. Delivery was free, and the piano arrived in perfect condition. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the service and the instrument, and I would highly recommend them.”

“I ordered a Yamaha CSP-295 over the phone. Although it was on backorder with Yamaha, it arrived ahead of schedule. Two helpful crew members delivered the item, unpacked it, and placed it in my lounge. Throughout the process, I received great service and communication. I’m delighted with my new piano and can’t wait to play it!”

“Saw a Fender American Performer Stratocaster HSS surf green on Bonners Music website, so I ask if they would do a price match of which they did so made the guitar a bit more affordable to me. Answered my questions promptly and delivery was next working day. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company for future purchases. Highly recommend.”

“Very good service. Called BONNERS number, was referred to Phil and got the needed information about CA701 for my final decision. Sent photos of my location with one flight of stairs and the dimensions of the lift to my third-floor apartment. Phil sent a URL link for me to make the payment online. Placed order, and received e-mail confirmation of payment. Received a call from the piano delivery advising of the next week's delivery. On the date of the delivery, I received a phone call telling me the arrival was about 25 minutes. Then, a little later and a bit surprised, I heard a knock on my door (my apartment on the third floor) and saw two gentlemen standing outside my door with the piano package. A bit surprised as I didn't need to go downstairs to guide them to my third-floor flat. They placed two large pieces of protective cloth on my wooden floor, unpackaged the piano outside my door, took the components into my living room, assembled the piano smoothly, and finished the job after letting me test the key sounds and the control panel. They also took away the packaging materials. All went smoothly. Only had it for one week, so far, very satisfied with CA701's performance (for personal piano study). Highly recommend BONNERS.”

“Bonners Music were brilliant at handling the sale of a Fender American Performer Stratocaster in the colour I wanted, and also I provided a link to a cheaper priced one elsewhere and they priced matched it which was excellent service. The guitar was delivered on time and was very well packaged. Box within a box and plenty of packaging material in-between. The guitar is every bit of what I'd hope for, well set up and in tune. I would not hesitate to buy from this company in the future and highly recommend.”
