“Brilliant experience at Bonners music Newcastle upon Tyne. Neil and Steve were both so helpful and I got a great deal on a Kawai digital piano. The showroom is brilliant and you can browse at your leisure, I was left to try the instruments on my short list without any pressure. Thanks everyone at Bonners.”

“The online purchase of a piano was simple. I also had an excellent conversation with a member of staff about the instrument. The delivery process was poor, a lack of communication from their partner company and unprofessional delivery personnel.”

“Recieved my guitar in well padded packaging. It arrived on time and i was able to track the parcel. I am very pleased with my Insired by Gibson Humming bird guitar. However when it arrived it needed a set up by my local luthier. It was basically unplayable because the action was very high and the truss rod needed adjustment as the neck wasnt straight also sharp edges on some frets needed filing. I was charged £45 for this work. The guitar is excellent now. The advertisment for the guitar stated that the guitar was fully set up.”

“Just wanted to give a 5 star review for the fantastic service I received. Especially from Vicki. My Nord sustain pedal jack plug needed repairing, they sent it off and the repair from Nord was not good at all and the jack broke in my sustain pedal socket. Vicki helped me get the broken bit out and also sent me a brand new Nord Triple Pedal free of charge the next day. I wasn’t expecting this lovely gesture from the company. As a full time gigging musician it was important I got the issue fixed quickly. Thank you Vicki and Bonners. You are amazing. All the best. Simon.”
