“I am usually considered to be an obstinate fellow to deal with. But I didn't feel that way with the receptions. Boners should be proud to think that they have in their reception area, the most important part of any organisation, to have such wonderful, cheerful dedicated staff, who will go to the end of the Earth, to find the correct instrument or an awkward, stubborn old beggar like me.”

“Had to chase them down when it said free delivery, but delivery charge had been added to my purchase. They did resolve it, the delivery charge was removed. But annoying that I had to telephone them to get this sorted”

“So all super easy, the only reason I'm giving a 4 is two reasons, the item had a slight dint in which wasnt mentioned when I bought it and the delivery company DX arent as good as the goat DPD. I actively choose DPD users over others these days.”

“I have bought a few guitars from Bonners, what I like is the service level not only are you kept informed with regards to the progress of your order the service is the same if you buy new or second hand which is great. Every guitar is checked and set up, unlike that other guitar shop in Surrey........... Brilliant service product and prices.”

“Inherited a battle-scarred old Fender acoustic needing a little love to get back in the game. Thank you to everyone at Bonners Eastbourne for your kind attention & interstellar service; from Dan’s Herculean service handling of the initial call to the technical genius of Mark Hards whose personable approach, consultation & wizardry have set me up just as needed. Front desk even went as far as to print me a page of blank tablature to get me started back on the road! Stunning job and applause all round; totally blessed to have such a sonic haven so close to home. Looking forward to my electric evolution soon. RW”
