“I have ordered an ex-display. The price, and delivery was worth however they have not cleaned the product at all. If it displayed couple of months in the store they have delivered all the dust with the product 😁”

“I was in need of a new keyboard as my 61-key was giving trouble having not been played for over six years. Spent a very nice afternoon trying out stage pianos. Staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful, giving plenty of advice which allowed me to narrow down my choices to three models. Their pointers helped me decide on a Korg Grandstage X. I bought it online and Bonners delivered it quickly; it's a great keyboard! Would definitely buy from here again.”

“My chosen Guitar was in stock, and Dave put together the other items I would need to start learning Bass Guitar. Slight hitch with dispatch, but all delivered safely by DX Express. Previously purchased a Piano from them. Very happy. Will use Bonners again.”

“Excellent company to deal with, ordered my Casio Digital Piano and paid for delivery, received an email the following day, stating that the piano was out of stock in their warehouse, so gave me the options to either wait until a delivery arrive later in the week, or could collect from the Newcastle store (fairly local for me) and they would refund the carriage charge, which the option I went for, as promised the carriage was refunded instantly. Went to collect from the store, and the staff were more than helpful, would definitely recommend”

“I bought a Nord Piano 5 from Bonners with an accompanying soft shell case. First, it's important to express how helpful all staff at Bonners were. I contacted the store by phone initially to discuss the product as the price seemed too good to be true. I don't remember the name of the lady I spoke to but her technical knowledge was great and she spoke honestly without pressure to buy. As soon as I ended the call I felt confident to purchase and the secure checkout on the website was easy to use. I received subsequent emails from Bonners with my invoice and details on dispatch and shipping. The emails (from James, I believe), were informative and when I responded there was a quick reply sharing my excitement and answering my questions fully. The shipment was fulfilled with TNT. To be honest, this part wasn't great. The product arrived promptly (though a day later than tracking suggested) but there were tracking issues. The tracking app told me that the product had been delivered to me almost three months before I had purchased it and was currently in Holland. No idea. HOWEVER, none of this is a reflection of Bonners service as they were terrific! The instrument itself... What a beautiful thing. The instrument was second hand but in brilliant condition and had been cleaned and guaranteed by Bonners. The price was incredible. I haven't found it cheaper anywhere, including ebay and other second hand marketplace. I love my Nord Piano 5 so much that I have returned to leave this review a couple of months after purchase simply because I'm so grateful to Bonners for the price, ease of purchase and quality of communication throughout.”
