“Living in Edinburgh, as I do, shopping in Eastbourne for guitars might seem odd. But the advice and quality one gets makes the choice easy. Always had great advice, always had great service and always been very pleased with what is delivered - the same cannot be said for everyone else.”

“Good support pre-sales checking delivery options and costs to Scotland. Great support post-sale dealing with a defect. Piano arrived with some damage: key cover did not open and close smoothly. Bonners provided a short video with instructions of how to fix which proved simple. Pleasant to do business with a company that cares and is responsive, would definitely use Bonners again.”

“Quick, speedy service online. Guitar was double boxed for transit which was also I nice touch. I did panic when it arrived and said 'Martin's Guitars' on the box at first but there was a fender box inside it so my doubts faded almost instantly.”

“No problem with Bonners themselves. Ordered a digital piano online, was ordered and sent out within a day or two. Only problem experienced was with the couriers used to deliver the piano (in fairness to Bonners they told me they were not their usual courier firm). Delivery set up and confirmed a couple of days later. On the day of delivery I received a text saying they could not deliver. Initially not very helpful when I rang and was eventually told it could be delivered the following week. Which meant taking another day off work to be there to accept. They would not deliver on the weekend. In the end I had to go to the depot to collect myself- a 2 hour round trip. Would recommend Bonners. Friendly when I rang to confirm the order and a quick service. Shame about the courier whom didn't deliver.”

“Order my piano on a weekend and the order was confirmed within 24 hours with a lovely phone call, explaining the delivery. The piano arrived at the specified time and was well packaged and easy to assemble. Really pleased with my piano it is better than anticipated and I would highly recommend anyone to order with Bonners who have been amazing”
