“I had not dealt with Bonners until just recently. They were the only shop to have the Roland piano in stock that I wanted. I rang the shop to confirm stock and then was advised to order online which I did. My piano and 3 other packages arrived 2 days later to the North East of England where I live. Super smooth transaction, no delays and arrived for my birthday. Many many thanks Bonners.”

“Knowledgeable, helpful support in selecting the appropriate electric piano for a church hall with sufficient large speakers. The piano arrived promptly and has been used already to great effect. There was some small damage on parts of the piano stool but since it came as a set and I had unpacked and put the rest together, we are living with it! Some of the heads of the screws had broken but it is still fine.”

“Bonners have been excellent. I contacted them on a Friday night and had a reply on the Sunday morning. They honoured a price match, prepared an invoice and I had my piano delivered on the following Tuesday. You can't get much better than that!”

“Recently bought a Kawai CN29 from Bonners and the service from start to finish was outstanding. Firstly they were happy to price match from another company, only £50 difference but still very good of them to do this. The delivery was at a time that suited me and I was called in advance informing me of the delivery time. The piano itself was well protected and I simply can't find a fault. The sound is outstanding. This is a 5 star experience. Thanks so much.”
