“I purchased a Nautilus 88 from Bonners (whom I've never used before) and I was impressed with the expedient delivery. Their web site is easy to negotiate and purchasing online is very straightforward. There prices are keen and delivery is free, although I didn't find the chap I spoke to on the telephone all that helpful or approachable, so sorry, I had to drop a star for that. Dean”

“I'd never used (or even heard of) Bonners when I made my purchase and I was so impressed with the customer service I had to leave a review. Getting a complimentary call to discuss delivery options and how I'd like my new guitar set up was great- far better than some of their better known competitors. Fantastic guitar, too!”

“I bought a MODX 7 through Bonners and must say what an easy and hassle free process. I called regarding a price match which was agreed while on call. Delivery was on time as communicated. I will definitely use Bonners again! (PS. The MODX7 is fantastic) :-)”

“Prompt reply to my original email, excellent advice on the part exchange, which helped me make a decision on the way forward. Speedy delivery once order was placed. Had an instance when I was stuck on the set up which was promptly resolved by the friendly technician. All in all, great service, good product and would not hesitate to use Bonners again.”

“Bonners’ service is excellent. I’ve bought three keyboards from them and each time I’ve received detailed advice and Tony White in particular has been very helpful. He is very well informed and gives impartial advice. His reviews on YouTube are especially good - detailed, informative and to the point. Bonners’ after sales service is also first rate and I received a very good part exchange deal from them when it came to upgrade to my latest Hammond. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“Very good, quick delivery. Only slight drawback is their returns policy, not as attractive as others (PMT, Guitar Guitar etc.) made me think twice about buying from them. If you do return anything, they then won’t let you buy from them online again. This is a problem for them and nearly put me off using them, no doubt it has put others off. They need to update this policy.”

The particular clause in our returns policy to which you are referring is reserved for situations where we notice unusual activity on a customer's account and is only exercised with absolute discretion after communication with the customer.
