“i bought a gator GWE extreme guitar case the price was fair for £95.00 and £105.00 with postage but when i got the case it had a manufacturers defects it was never checked before posting it the black paint on the case was not painted on the case right and it was all different shades of black see photo i told them i'll keep the case if you knock off £50 i said in this state thats all its worth the case was clearly a second they offered me only £35.00 part refund or i could send it back for a refund but it was to much hassle as i was'nt going to wait in for couriers all day so i was forced to take the £35.00 so i paid £70.00 for a case with defects on it not at all happy i'd of left them full 5 stars if they refund me £50.00 instead of £35.00 because as the case stands is only worth £50.00”

“We wanted to buy a digital piano and were confused after our first look on-line. Then we found the videos produced by Bonners highlighting the points of the different models. Unfortunately we don't live near a Bonners store so we went to another shop in Bristol where the instruments were good but the shop assistant was lacklustre. We came home, discussed delivery with Bonners, and were lucky that there was a delivery in our area the next day. We also decided that it was worth paying the extra for full installation. The team arrived punctually and installed the piano. A mishap meant that the stool and headphones weren't on the truck but they were delivered by next working day courier. We found all the staff we had contact with at Bonners very helpful and knowledgeable. Their communication is excellent and we would highly recommend them. Oh - the Kawai CN29 is also excellent and we are very pleased! Thank you.”

“I recently purchased a new stage piano from Bonners which I struggled with in terms of functionality, so I asked to return it, and they literally fell over themselves to help me out. I was dealing with a guy called Tom, and he was in touch with me most days and reassured me that everything was fine and I could have either a store credit or a full refund. I took the store credit and upgraded to a Roland workstation, and he even delivered it personally to my door the very next day, 112 miles away !! I can honestly say I've never experienced such wonderful customer service in my lifetime. There are no pushy sales people here, just relaxed and chilled out individuals who know how to treat their customers, and they make you feel valued. Bonners are the absolute BEST, and I even got to speak to Tony, the Youtube guy!! :-) Without a shadow of a doubt, I will be shopping there again. Sincere thanks Tom, and to everyone else at Bonners who helped me out.”
