“I had an extremely positive experience with Bonners and they would be my go-to company of choice for purchasing stage pianos. They gave me limitless opportunities to try different models, over a long period, and this helped me make the right decision for my particular situation, which had quite specific needs. Staff were welcoming and well-informed, and they listened to and responded to my specific requirements. I never felt pressurised or rushed. Goods were delivered exactly per the timescale quoted, in the sort of reliable condition that meant I could use the piano for a professional job on the same day as acquiring it. Tim and Toby at Milton Keynes excelled in personal and kindly service. Telephone support to their national number prompted the same personal help and gave the impression of a company where staff across different departments knew each other as people, not just names, and worked in sync.”

“I spoke to Amanda at Bonner Music in Eastbourne. She was excellent in looking after me throughout my purchase. Bonner Music stores are brilliant as they can’t do enough to help you with musical instruments. My purchase of the new Yamaha Genos2 was a breeze.. now playing it, and wow what a machine it is. “I have got a Roland LX 705 from Bonners. The entire purchasing experience was smooth and easy. I emailed them to clarify a few details about the package and delivery options before making a decision, and their responses were quick and helpful. Since my apartment building lacks a lift, delivery posed a challenge. I'm pleased they offered to deliver the piano with their own delivery people. Communication during the delivery process was easy, and they were very helpful when bringing the piano up to my apartment.”

“There's a reason I travel 90 miles from Essex to Bonners Eastbourne ... "service". I can't fault this company or their ongoing service support and of course, wide range of fabulous new keyboards and kit. The very latest - and because Tony is a genuine keys player, he really does understand the features and the potential solutions for your needs, REAL ADVICE... Which is priceless. The team are always so kind and helpful too. Well organised, efficient and always with a smile. I also recommend the Nord Stage 4. It's the best. I can't say any more.”
