“Excellent customer service. I recently had a problem with something I ordered, I needed it for a gig at really short notice. I phoned the store and Bonners kindly arranged for me to borrow a replacement item while waiting for stock. Will definitely be using Bonners more in future.”

“Really prompt delivery, called me right away to confirm and arrange a date. My only issue is that they charge extra for certain deliveries - I got free delivery which was door stop drop. They charge for delivery if it's to a room and charge for delivery to a room and building etc. The last is fair enough but I think for a piano, delivering it to the room shouldn't be extra. Luckily FedEx did help me with it up my stairs to my flat and to my door/hallway. Really great quality equipment and best price I found :)”

“I visited the Reigate store 3 times to look for a new digital piano and eventually settled on the new Kawai CA701. The staff were friendly and helpful on each visit. I finally placed an order on-line, which was easy, making use of the zero percent interest free offer. A few days later, the piano was delivered and assembled by a couple of friendly chaps from the Eastbourne store. All packaging was taken away and I was left to enjoy a fabulous new piano, a significant upgrade on my old Yamaha P125. All in all, excellent service from the store. Well recommended.”
