“I ordered a stand for a digital piano, but instead they sent me the actual piano (worth 4.5x more). I could have kept it and got a free piano, but I'm an honest person so I called them and told them. I had to then wait in another day, got my stand a few days late, and the pick up guy got shirty with me because unbeknownst to me, I was meant to organise the printing of return labels and attaching them to the box. Just a minor gripe, but nothing in the way of an apology. It's enough to make me shop elsewhere in the future.”
