“I emailed them about product concerns and they replied succinctly, with professionalism and friendliness. Upon ordering my products arrived fast and the delivery was seamless. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied with my new monitors and microphone, and the prices were excellent. Can’t really think of anything bad about Bonners! Excellent job.”

“Unfortunately, the service was extremely poor. I have to say the piano is fantastic but the stress and issues we had with non-delivery, no callbacks, no real customer service, was just not acceptable, especially when spending in the region of 2k. Really disappointed with the service and the feeling of no real concern from the Bonners team with regards to the inconvenience caused by their lack of stores/shipping knowledge or concern for the customer.”

“I ordered my instrument online and requested a delivery time for three days after the day of purchase. The instrument arrived on the scheduled day at 11 a.m., securely packaged and in mint condition. Thank you Bonners.”
