“Was very impressed with the service I received from Bonners Music. I ordered a Yamaha DGX-670 keyboard last week and was pleasantly surprised to find that it had been delivered the following day. Their prices are also comparatively attractive, but it is their service which sets them apart. I would have no qualms in buying other musical instruments from this company. Thank you Bonners for your first class service.”

“Very happy.Ordered s/h Portable Hammond .Item arrived in about one week which to me was perfectly acceptable for a large heavy item..Was well packaged to prevent any damage to an item which was exactly as described ( and now giving me a lot of fun !)”

“This is the second guitar I have purchased from Bonners Music. I’d been looking for a Model 6 for a while and the one on offer was very reasonably priced and in excellent condition. The customer service they provide is excellent. The range of musical instruments is vast and there are some really special pre-owned guitars that appear from time to time. As I couldn’t view the guitar in person, Bonners Music were very helpful to answer all my questions and provided additional photos. The guitar was very well packed and secure. I have no hesitation in recommending Bonners Music. Thank you.”

“Beautiful shop (visited Reigate branch) with lots of acoustic and digital pianos to try out. Very knowledgeable staff both in store and later on the phone. Ended up buying a fantastic Yamaha p515 portable digital keyboard through their web site at a great price. Fast free delivery.”

“I managed to get what I was looking for at a much better price than anywhere else online. Excellent communication. Once my order was placed I received a phonecall from Myke to confirm the order and run me through the delivery details. Whilst on the phone Myke was able to order in something that wasn't on the website. I received my order promptly and was very happy with the product. Can't fault the service I received.”

“Bought Yamaha digital piano, the online order was quickly acknowledged by the company and a suitable delivery date was agreed. On the day I got a text giving me a 2 hr timeslot and the guys arrived on time, unpacked and assembled the piano and put it in place - great service.”
