“Extremely helpful and kind. Absolutely Excellent service. Informed by email every step. Fast delivery. No delivery charge for us which was a deal breaker. Others were charging as much as over £300 for delivery for the same digital piano. No hesitation to recommend.”

“Here’s a thing! As a teenager I use to work in a music shop thinking I knew it all when knowing nothing. Some forty years later I find most music shops full of kids like me – not Bonners… knowledgeable, relatable, friendly and very useful in advising muso’s like me who have been out of the scene for decades (having kids and paying a mortgage) only to return to find tech. has moved on since my days of learning a lick using needle on vinyl…”

“A lovely product. Just a couple of bolts (provided) to secure the legs. I struggled a bit initially with altering the height due to stiffness but that resolved with a touch of Vaseline. Looks amazing quality for the price.”

“I bought my first upright digital piano from Bonners – a mid-price Kawai. There were resonance issue and Bonners MD, Tony White, drove over and replaced the upper section of the piano to resolve the problem. This, for me, set the bar for Bonners. Six weeks ago I bought a new Roland GP6 digital grand piano from Bonners, and now, fully acquainted with the instrument I can say that I’m delighted with it. Musically, the piano is superb and as an elegant piece of furniture it adds a certain cache to my lounge. Rather than have complex menus to navigate on an LCD screen, there are an array of buttons that enable settings to be made swiftly and intuitively – and stored. Yes, there is a small LCD screen, but this facilitates simplified minor adjustments. Unlike the big Internet musical instrument box-movers, Bonners has a significant terrestrial presence and a long and successful trading history to go with this. Purchasing was an enjoyable experience with every angle covered, end to end. Communication was excellent with informative and articulate replies to my queries. Highly recommended.”

“If I’m honest it was good customer service but nothing special. The advertised headphones for a white piano shown in white weren’t available and the delivery arrangements were a challenge. The piano itself is lovely and is perfect for what I needed.”
