“Bonners music is probably the most thorough music retailer I have dealt with. It did take an extra day for my guitar to arrive but after many years collecting and playing guitars, this is the one with the best setup I've ever seen. Plays like a dream, and since I have the same instrument in a different colour too I can tell the difference very accurately.”

“I have ordered a Roland digital piano. The delivery was few days delayed. It seems that the piano was missed to load in the depot. Other than that, l am satisfied with this purchase.”

“We visited a Bonners showroom and the sales assistants were so knowledgable, kind and helpful. When placing an order, the sales team contacted me to arrange delivery and were brilliant. They noticed that the stool I ordered was not the same finish as the piano, and they swapped it all over after checking with me. I am over the moon with the service, delivery and the items themselves.”

“This company is the best I’ve dealt with by a long way. Nothing is to much trouble. Very friendly shop. No silly egos there. Whether your a complete novice or a virtuoso these guys treat everybody the same. I travel 70 miles to get there.”

“Although we had a bit of a rocky start with Bonner's sub contract delivery service failing to meet the agreed schedule (apparently other companies get higher priority than Bonners when drivers are in short supply😔) and then delivering a damaged piano!! Thankfully Bonners own delivery team stepped in quickly to deliver a replacement. Which has proven fine in the last 3 months of use. I think Kawai's ES920 is a very good digital piano probably the best of the current crop (eg Roland Fp90x, Yamaha P515)”
