“Very friendly lot and über-cool pricing. The Gibson Les Paul Special I wanted was too expensive in my area and I was more than happy when I found Bonner Music. The guitar came in immaculate condition and perfectly setup.”

“I ordered a piano, which turned out to be out of stock (an error on the website). Bonners contacted me immediately and provided me with options, including a full refund. I decided to stick with Bonners and wait for the piano to come into stock (potentially 2 months), and got a phone call a couple of weeks later to let me know some piano had come in, and I was first on the list. It arrived the next day! I was impressed with the customer service.”

“Fantastic service from Bonners. Visited their Surrey showroom three times. The staff were friendly and really helpful in helping me choose the right piano for me. Nice store to visit...easily accessible, plenty of parking and a huge range of pianos to test out. I had a much better experience at Bonners than other stores and had no hesitation making the purchase from them, espcially as they do price match.”

“We were shopping around for a digital piano that would replace one that was around 20 years old and could not be tuned. Firstly the Bonners website is a shining example of easy navigation, accessibility and a great user friendly interface. The written product descriptions are really clear and the inclusion of videos describing and testing the products means the customer is fully informed. Purchasing the product was great value for money and the post sales aftercare was amazing as well. The courtesy call after the purchase was a really nice touch and felt personable. I felt like more of a member of a community rather than a customer. The delivery process was well explained and timely. 10 out of 10 all around. The product itself, A Kawai Digital Keyboard... Beautiful. I'd strongly recommend this store to suit all your musical needs.”

“Not happy with the Casio CT S1 which I purchased, I find it quite complicated, to adjust the settings, it may be me, because I had a cheaper keyboard before, which had fewer features.I thought by upgrading , a new keyboard would give me a better enjoyment.”
