“Extremely helpful and clear Youtube descriptions and demonstrations which enabled easy comparisons to be made between different options, followed by equally helpful advice by telephone, and very helpful service when I came and collected what I had chosen to buy. In addition, a very good range of equipment packages to choose from. I just wished they were in central London!”

“The sales process was a buying pleasure with no pressure and a full demonstration of every alternative. I tried a few shops before a journey to Bonners. There I could try every instrument available in one showroom. The staff member knew everything there was to know. I left all confusion behind and bought simply the best piano for me. Very pleased with it.”

“Bonners provided excellent service, as usual - we previously had a piano from them, but having moved into a flat we needed something smaller. Bonners suggested an instrument that more than satisfied our expectations, and when we had a problem (through not understanding part of the instruction manual) they helped us out. The usual high class, professional advice and service that they usually provide. And all this at the best price available for the kit at the time!”

“I could not wish for a better dealer, all members of staff were professional and from the time I placed my Order for the Yamaha Genos there were questions that needed answering and they were answered well beyond my satisfaction. “I contacted Bonners about ordering a number of products and whether they would be interested in price matching against a website. We preferred to use a Surrey based shop. They were more than happy to do so and processed the order straight away. The customer service was great and our items were delivered quickly. I would definitely recommend them. Top rate service.”
