“I would like to thank Myke, Simon, Tom, Dan and Tris for all their help and advice when I was deciding which electric guitar to buy. Between them they spent many hours helping me, answering my questions and advising me which amp, headphones etc. would be most suitable for me. Dan gave me a demonstration in the shop and Tom took the guitar and amp to a separate room for me to try them out because, being a novice, I didn't want to play it in the shop in front of other customers. All the staff at Bonners really work together as a team and are so enthusiastic and friendly and cheerful. I see them weekly when I go to their Academy for my lessons with my brilliant teacher, Ali and they always make time for a chat and provide good after sales support. I have gained a lot of knowledge from them. I give Bonners TEN stars.”

“Bought a CSP 170 ebony from Bonners in 2017. As it was new on the market, I had to wait a few months for delivery. When it arrived, the guys unpacked it, set it up and checked it over before removing all the rubbish. Service was first rate. The piano .... one word... FANTASTIC! It was bought for my wife as a present, but since having it, the whole family use it, and not just once in a while. We are all beginners, and this piano allows all any level of skills to use it and feel that you are really playing from day one. The follow the lights feature is just amazing. Within a short while I was competent at playing tunes by some of the masters. Looking to buy another now for our house in France as I cant imagine going on holiday without it :-)”

“Tom in the keyboard department gave us great advice to help us choose the right digital piano for our needs. I was initially drawn to a portable Kawai, which has amazing sound and a nice easy action, however Tom explained that once I regain the strength in my fingers (I haven't played regularly for twenty years), the fixed-stand Yamaha we were looking at, which seemed to have a stiffer action, would actually be more suitable. We took Tom's advice and bought the Yamaha S52, and are utterly delighted with it. The sound and touch are both superb, it looks great and fits neatly in our small flat. Thanks Bonners!”

“Dealt with Tom he was awesome, very friendly, very helpful. They offered free transportation (to Leicestershire) assembly and removal of packaging-simply brilliant. It was a little frustrating that a month after purchasing the price of the piano dropped by over £300 but this was not Bonners fault, it’s down to Yamaha changing what they charge. Anyway 4-5 months on I LOVE the piano it is without a doubt the best purchase I have ever made bar none. Bonners were excellent throughout. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks! Jon Millar”

“Tony was very knowledgeable and helped us innemsely, without being pushy, in our choice of our Casio digital piano. The team were also very helpful, managing to fit the piano into the back of our car so that we could take it home with us. All in all an excellent experience.”

“We visited the Reigate and Eastbourne stores and staff at both we very helpful and courteous. We purchased a Clavinova CVP 705. The team who assembled the digital piano at our house we quick and efficient. They noticed one part was damaged, (we had not), and immediately arranged for a replacement and returned a few days later to fit it. We received telephone help to download the '50 Greatest Piano Music' titles. All-in-all a most excellent experience.”
