“Extremely Helpful and made the whole process of part exchanging my old keyboard very easy. Will definitely buy from Bonners when I replace my S770. I am extremely pleased with my new keyboard - but it will take me quite a long time to get to grips with all that it does.”

“Once again Bonners Music provided outstanding customer service and their part-exchange offer was by far the best available. I received excellent communications and their staff are always friendly and willing to help out. I am so thrilled with my new Yamaha Genos, the keyboard of my dreams and without Bonners Music I don't know if it would have happened! Thanks again and hope maybe one day I'll be able to visit your store.”

“Interested, knowledgeable staff,...prepared to spend time on phone. Sold exactly what I wanted for a very good price. Delivery was very quick and Mark Bass speaker arrived in perfect condition. Now all I need to do is find a use for it. It makes quite a good table!”

“Great store, excellent staff even made our dog welcome. Keyboard set up to test and after initial help was left alone to try out as long as needed. No pressure at all and the best price! What more can you ask? Other half had nice walk along Eastbourne seafront with the dog.”

“The assistant was very helpful with advice, and explained all about how what you like to play can influence what type of accoustic would be best suited. He also explained the difference in playing acoustic as opposed to electric which is what I was am used to. I am very happy with the product too.”

“Brilliant friendly staff hassle free purchase, arrived quickly. The best bit that no one else does? Interest free credit on used equipment! I needed the Kronos for a series of well paid gigs lined up in December to NYE. I got it on finance to do the gigs and paid it off when the money came in from them. Now, I'm left with the undisputed best keyboard ever made debt free!”
