“I cant thank Bonners for there excellent customer service very efficient and helpful personal care. My order was dealt with professional care during my purchase from start to finish. The delivery service was second to none and my item was packed with care and protection to the value of my item and delivered within days of my order. “I visited the show room and the man there was really helpful (but equally left us alone to freely look round with no salesy pressure). I got home and decided to order the Kawai CA501 which I'm really pleased with. It was delivered in just a few days. Everyone at Bonners have been super helpful with any of my questions and the delivery guys were great too. Thank you Bonners! Highly recommend.”

“I chose Bonners Music as I had done some research online and then wanted to find a physical shop. I called them and asked for more details about their delivery service and found it was in stock and could be delivered within 48 hours. I chose the Bronze delivery which would deliver the instrument to my front door. The delivery driver was incredibly friendly and took great care bringing it to my front door and did lift it over the threshold so it was off the front step (it was 38kg). With every contact I had friendly, efficient service. Thank you!”
