“I recently purchased an electric piano from Bonners Music and have been extremely impressed with them. Prior to deciding to purchase this piano I made enquiries with other retailers including PMT and Kenny's. I was disappointed with the contact I received from both of these companies, particularly around their lack of care around delivery of large items. In addition to this, the "price match" service offered by PMT is slow, convoluted and actually not competitive. I then tried Bonners and initially spoke to Vicky who was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of the queries I had and clearly cared about the service she was providing. Bonners were offering the piano I wanted at a very competitive price. I placed my order with Bonners and was kept up to date by Jackie, who informed me of the despatch of the piano and delivery details. This exceeded my expectations and the piano was delivered extremely quickly. When I had a further query, I spoke to Amanda on the phone who went out of her way to help me. The piano arrived and was in perfect condition. I would like to thank Bonners for their help with this process and I would highly recommend them. Thank you.”
