“Bonners itself provided excellent service but TNT, the carrier was very poor therefore I gave an 'acceptable' grade. I nearly gave 'poor' but felt the Bonners had performed well. Of the 4 items in my order 2 (a stand & seat) were delivered expeditiously. A 3rd. (earphones) only arrived 3? days later after pressure from Emma, my contact at Bonners. The main item, the digital piano, arrived virtually a week late, again after pressure from Emma. Totally unacceptable service. TNT's paperwork was also confusing. I certainly would not consider using TNT after this experience”

“Bought a digital piano bundle from Bonners and the whole experience was fab. Everyone I spoke to either on the phone or by email was friendly and professional. The order arrived far quicker than expected and although there was a small issue with one of my items once it arrived, it was quickly sorted out by one of the team with no fuss at all. Lovely company to deal with, would definitely use them again.”

“I've been a Bonners customer since 2000 and have such gratitude, respect and affection for Tony, Amanda and the whole team. Their vast knowledge, expert advice and willingness to help is second to none. In a world of faceless online 'box shifters', Bonners provide good old customer service, spacious, well stocked showrooms and super efficient online ordering and delivery. I don't need to ring around other dealers for the best price, because I know Bonners will always provide the best value and service. Highly recommended and much appreciated!”

“5/5 excellent service. Amazingly the digital piano arrived safely to Scotland the day after dispatch. Very pleased with Bonners information and service. However, I am not sure how the lone delivery driver (big as he was) was going to get the very large box safely to our front door without my help.”
