“Great shop, great customer service and friendly staff”

“Ordered a keyboard on-line. Customer service rang next day to arrange a delivery date. Later found agreed date was no good. One quick call to Bonners had it all sorted out. Piano arrived on time. Price was good, service was good. Only bad thing was delivery company was one guy in a van so I had to help carry a very heavy parcel into the house which I should not have done for health reasons.”

“I didn’t have very much contact with the staff at Bonners before making my purchase because I had already researched and chosen the piano that I wanted to buy. I was originally going to buy it from my local piano shop, but they let me down. When I called Bonners and confirmed that they had the piano in stock (and at a great price) I made my purchase. It has just been delivered today, and I haven’t opened it yet, but so far I am impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service. Thank you Bonners!”

“Very helpful on the phone. Stage piano was delivered for free to North of England within 3 working days which is what they predicted. Very pleased with the product. Would definitely use Bonner's again.”
