“Purchased my KDP120 from Bonners after finding them online with a great price. Had some brilliant communication with Tom and he answered all my queries before I bought the piano. Delivery was incredible and the item was arranged by Tom to be dispatched same day after purchase. Will most definitely recommend and will use again in the future when I want to upgrade.”

“Excellent and fast service from Bonners. The keyboard I bought was really well packaged so really satisfied. However, the information from the tracker and courier service was a little frustrating as the courier stated that the keyboard would be delivered on a certain day but it actually arrived the day after, The app which tracked the package seemed out of sync with where the package was i.e it stated the package was in Manchester when it had actually been delivered to my house in Cheshire, so it was pretty useless.”

“I ordered online just before Christmas and was initially a little concerned that there was no option to choose a delivery date on the website at the time of order. I called the number on the site and was assured that I'd be called before despatch. About a half-hour later, I received a call (I think from Jackie) and we agreed to deliver after Christmas (my own fault, I ordered far too close to Christmas!) A short time later, I was called again and was told that they'd rather deliver my valuable instrument with their own transport than use a courier (which I thought was a nice touch of customer care) so we agreed a date of 5th January and sure enough, that morning a friendly chap from the company delivered the guitar and it was fabulous. This level of personal care is pretty rare these days and although I waited a little longer than usual (for their van to be in my area) the fact that they didn't want to chance sending my expensive guitar through a courier (who as we all know don't take the greatest care and often break, lose or misdeliver items) was quite endearing & showed a great level of customer service. I have only purchased from them once before (a Hammond organ back in Feb 2020 at their Reigate store) and also received excellent service on that occasion too (from Amanda). Overall a great company to deal with in my experience, who seem to genuinely care about their customers and their prices are competitive too. Will definitely check their site before making future purchases. Highly recommended!”
